VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED - Can you help?

We would like to hear from you if you can help by volunteering some time to support the branch's work.

We will be holding a welcome evening for volunteers at the beginnning of 2010, details to be posted on the web site soon. If you would like to come along and see how you can help the animals, please contact the branch manager Paul on 01733 222188. We look forward to hearing from you.

In the meantime, would you like to join the home visiting team?

Home visitors play a vital role and without their outstanding commitment to the cause we could not find good homes for all the animals we take in.

Every animal that is adopted must have a home visit so we can make sure that the animal is going into a suitable home environment. All home visitors are volunteers and we rely on their flexibility and hard work to carry out the home visits when an animal is reserved.

Home visitors also do post adoption visits to make sure the animal is settling into his/her new home. Happy pets in happy homes is what we aim for and home visiting plays a very important part in this process. Training will be provided.

If you think you could help, please contact our branch manager, Paul on 01733 222188 between 9am - 5pm (Mon-Fri).
