Hello and welcome to our site
The Peterborough and District Branch of the
RSPCA covers a wide area which includes
Peterborough, Oundle, Stamford, Market
Deeping, Whittlesey and Wisbech.
Our work for animals
Our animal welfare work includes caring for
many unwanted, neglected and ill-treated
animals brought in by RSPCA inspectors and
animal collection officers, and financing the
cost of veterinary treatment for sick and injured animals.
Branch animals are cared for in excellent boarding kennels and private foster homes. We continually seek new loving homes for all our animals. Please see pictures and details of the cats, dogs, rabbits and other animals currently awaiting new homes.
Fundraising
We help as many animals as we can but we can never say we have helped them all - there are always more waiting. Fundraising is vital to everything we do. Our two charity shops are always pleased to receive good quality items for resale, and welcome volunteers who can spare some time to help. Please see more on the Shops page.
